รายละเอียดงาน
1. Product classification and technical support: Responsible for explaining the technical principles and application scenarios of products, determining the classification of products in the Thai market based on global commodity classification frameworks (such as the HSCODE system) to ensure compliance with Thai customs regulations and international standards.
2. Management of local classification data and formulation of localized classification standards: Maintain and update the Thai customs code database, manage local tax codes, declaration elements, and historical case libraries.
3. Optimization of the local import and export commodity classification process in Thailand.
4. Specialized affairs handling: Participate in Thai customs audits, classification dispute appeals, and tariff optimization projects; handle urgent classification issues (such as goods being detained, HSCODE disputes), and provide legal compliance advice.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in customs affairs management, international trade, mechatronic engineering or related majors;
- 2. More than 5 years experience in product customs or HSCODE classification, familiar with Thailand HSCODE coding rules, customs declaration process and tax policies (such as consumption tax, FTA tariff concessions)；
- Professional knowledge: Master the product coding system (such as Thai customs codes, international HS codes) and R&D classification logic, and possess the benchmarks and rules for material selection, manufacturing, and substitution. Understand the field of home appliances products, be familiar with the industrial characteristics and technical standards of the Thai market;
- Skills and Abilities: Bilingual proficiency, proficient in Thai, English or Chinese, capable of skillfully writing English technical documents and communicating with cross-border teams.
- Be logical and rigorous, skilled at extracting rules from complex information, and possess the ability to provide training and guidance (such as popularizing classification standards to business departments). Outstanding cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and the ability to adapt to multicultural environments (such as connecting the local team in Thailand with the global headquarters);
- Candidates with qualifications certified by the Thai customs (such as a customs broker license or a classification officer certification), experience in customs coordination in ASEAN countries (such as Vietnam and Indonesia), familiarity with the rules of the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement (AFTA), and a background in large multinational enterprises or manufacturing are preferred.
