Performance Marketing & Paid Media Execution • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms to drive app installs, engagement, and transactions • Manage campaign performance with a focus on key KPIs such as CPI, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates • Adjust media mix, audience targeting, and budgets based on performance data to maximize efficiency and ROI • Conduct A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve campaign effectiveness • Assist Marketing Manager in managing Third Party On-Demand delivery partners (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc) to drive growth of third party sales channel. • Deliver regular campaign reports with insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders Data & Growth Strategy • Analyze user, transaction, and revenue data to identify gaps, growth opportunities, and funnel drop-offs • Drive new user acquisition, activation, and re-engagement using data-driven strategies • Support execution of loyalty and retention programs, including remarketing, CRM automation, and lifecycle campaigns • Collaborate with internal and regional teams to align growth initiatives with local and global objectives • Build and manage dashboards and reports to track performance marketing effectiveness
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. A diploma or a bachelor’s degree in marketing / marketing communications / psychology / advertising / business
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth-focused roles
  3. Proven track record of managing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and similar platforms
  4. Proficiency in SEO/SEM, PPC, GA4, app analytics, and funnel tracking tools
  5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
  6. Experience managing ad budgets, A/B testing, and campaign optimization
  7. Bonus: Experience with third-party food delivery partners or mobile apps in the F&B or e-commerce industry
  8. Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written)
  9. Energetic, results-driven, and open-minded — thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys experimentation and iteration
