1–3 years of experience in offline marketing or sales promotion
Field marketing skills:
Planning and executing promotional activities
Coordinating with retail outlets, private-sector partners, and offline media
Managing and controlling budgets
Strong communication and negotiation skills:
Confidently negotiating with partners (distributors, retailers)
2. Analytical & Reporting Skills
Collecting and analyzing activity data (KPI, ROI)
Preparing executive summaries and reports
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Personal Attributes
Quick-thinking, adaptable, and proactive
Excellent interpersonal skills; enjoys fieldwork and engaging with people
Detail-oriented and highly responsible
Team management capability
Willingness to travel between state or assigned areas (holds a driver’s license and owns or can use a vehicle)
