รายละเอียดงาน- Ensure timely and accuracy hands-on administration of monthly local payroll cycles, Monthly, Yearly income tax reporting, Social Security and Provident Fund submission including payroll reconciliation in accordance with internal policies and procedures
- Policy & Compliance
- Review and update HR policies, handbooks, and procedures in line with regulations and business direction.
- Business Partnering – Advise line managers on labor relations, disciplinary cases, and team management.
- External Liaison – Coordinate with Social Security Office, Department of Skill Development, and other relevant authorities.
- General affair functions
- Manage ad-hoc activities such as visa and work permit applications for expat employees
- Responsible for the exit preparation and final pay computation for termination, resignation, and retirement cases
- Maintain time attendance system and company leave system
- Manage overall recruitment process by getting requirements from head of department, preparing job description, screening and interviewing candidates, etc.
