Job Descriptions Primary Responsibilities: 1.Accounting and Financial Reporting Responsible for full-set accounting in compliance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and tax regulations. Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). 2.Tax Compliance and Filing Ensure timely filing of Value Added Tax (VAT), Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Withholding Tax. Taxation: Familiar with Thailand's 7% VAT rate and the annual audit process. 3.Cash Management Monitor cash flow, provide early warnings for potential cash shortfalls, and manage bank accounts and foreign exchange transactions (in case of cross-border dealings). 4.Reimbursement and Expense Review Document compliance: Ensure supporting documents such as invoices certified by the Thai Revenue Department, receipts, and electronic payment records meet requirements. Business authenticity: Travel expenses must be supported by itineraries; entertainment expenses must include the client’s name. Tax Deductibility: Distinguish between deductible and non-deductible expenses ____________________________________________________________________________________________ Job Requirements: Basic Qualifications 1.Language: Proficient in reading, writing, listening, and speaking English. 2.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Familiarity with TFRS and basic Thai tax regulations. 3.
