Maintenance and Operations Promptly troubleshoot technical issues and develop resolution plans. Ensure the timely and effective resolution of maintenance-related concerns, overseeing the corrective actions of the team. Coordinate closely with clients and internal teams to address maintenance issues. Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance plans for commercial solar projects. Conduct regular inspections to prevent system failures and optimize solar plant performance. Ensure proper documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities. Analyze performance data through monitoring software to identify inefficiencies and coordinate corrective actions. Source qualified suppliers and contractors for preventive and corrective maintenance work. Manage third-party contractors, ensuring adherence to client schedules and maintenance plans. Prepare bills of quantities (BoQs) and quotations for chargeable corrective work and preventive maintenance contracts. Negotiate CM & PM service terms and pricing with clients. Ensure all maintenance tools and safety equipment comply with client procedures and safety standards. Production and Yield Optimization Oversee daily monitoring of solar plant production to proactively detect and resolve issues. Diagnose and troubleshoot production problems, initiating corrective actions when needed. Manage daily yield reports and ensure the accuracy of monthly yield reports for clients under Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and yield warranties. Oversee payment collection from clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Team Leadership and Development Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers and foremen. Foster a collaborative work environment focused on operational excellence, through promoting good communication between teams and departments. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to support team growth. Operational Excellence

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Extensive knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
Proficiency with data processing, yield monitoring and performance analysis tools.
Proven experience managing technical teams, with strong leadership capabilities.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a proven track record in a similar role.
Experience within a mid- to large-sized company or in a growing organization is preferred.
