รายละเอียดงาน•Communication Strategy Development and Execution: Develop, implement, and manage execution operation of the integrated communication strategies encompassing employee communications, internal communications and external communications. These strategies will directly support the strategic objectives of the IT group. Proactively identify potential communication opportunities and challenges, developing and implementing effective strategies to address them.
•Content Creation and Curation: Generate, edit, and curate a broad range of compelling content for various platforms, including presentations, reports, articles, newsletters, social media, internal communication channels, executive presentation and press releases. Ensure all content is accurate, consistent, and aligned with organizational messaging and key focus.
•Technical Information Translation: Translate technical concepts and IT-specific subject matter into accessible and engaging language for both non-technical and technical stakeholders, fostering understanding and collaboration across the organization.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective collaboration with IT subject matter experts, senior leadership, human resources, marketing, and other departments to gather information, and seamlessly execute communication initiatives.
•Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute a wide spectrum of events, ranging from internal employee engagement activities, townhalls to external brand events and collaborative partner functions. Responsibilities include logistical coordination, content development, speaker management, budget management and post-event analysis.
•Leadership Communication Support: Provide strategic communication support to IT leadership, assisting in the development of speeches, presentations, and key messages for various forums as per assigned.
