รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop and maintain material requirement plans (MRP) based on the production schedule and demand forecast.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and safety stock to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Analyze material usage trends and lead time data to improve planning accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding delivery schedules and potential delays.
- Prepare regular reports on material status, shortages, and inventory performance for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in material planning and inventory control.
- Support the Material Planning Manager in supervising and training junior planners or related staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or production planning; preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Express, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Able to work in Wiang Chai District, Chiang Rai Province.
