รายละเอียดงานDuties & Responsibilities:
1.Compensation, Payroll, and Promotion
•Manage payroll processes, employee benefits, and compensation matters.
•Support promotion processes and ensure fair and accurate salary adjustments.
2.Recruitment and Onboarding
•Coordinate for recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
•Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires in collaboration with relevant departments.
3.Training and Development
•Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
•Support career growth, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
4.Administrative and HR Operations
•Maintain accurate employee records and handle general administrative HR tasks.
•Prepare HR reports and support day-to-day HR operations including documentation and data management.
5.Labor Law Compliance and Company Policy
•Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal rules, and company policies.
•Monitor working hours and overtime to ensure they are within legal limits.
6.Employee Relations and Counseling
•Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide HR-related guidance.
•Assist in resolving workplace issues, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
•Promote employee engagement and retention through HR initiatives.
•Other task as assigned.
