รายละเอียดงานJob Responsibilities:
> Respond to inquiries from foreign clients via chat (LINE, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email)
> Provide information about services, promotions, prices, and appointment booking
> Coordinate with therapists and front-desk teams to confirm schedules
> Ensure fast, friendly, and professional communication at all times
> Summarize and record key client conversations and inquiries in an organized report, and coordinate with the back-office and marketing team to manage customer data and reporting
> Assist with translation or simple English-Thai communication for clinic staff
> Maintain customer records and chat logs accurately
> Occasionally support marketing content for international audiences
Working Hours:
> Work on-site at Head Office (Silom) from 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
> Continue responding to chats until 8:00 PM on working days (remote support allowed after office hours)
> 7 days off per month
> Official holidays: New Year and Songkran
