We are looking for a responsible and proactive Front Office & Administrative Coordinator to manage our reception area, office supplies, administrative tasks, general purchasing, and attendance tracking. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Reception
•Greet visitors and handle general receptionist duties
•Answer and forward incoming calls to appropriate staff or departments
•Organize and distribute inbound/outbound mail and courier services
•Supervise and coordinate tasks for housekeeping and messenger staff
General Purchasing
•Manage inventory and purchasing of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items
•Control office-related expenditures and maintain budget awareness
Administrative Support
•Monitor office facilities and arrange maintenance or repairs when necessary
•Handle travel and accommodation reservations for management and staff
•Maintain key control and manage booking of meeting rooms and related facilities
•Track and calculate staff attendance and leave records accurately
Process Ownership & Optimization
•Own and manage the General Purchasing and Office Automation processes
•Track and analyze process metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes
•Ensure user compliance with internal processes, policies, and standards
Planning & Reporting
•Prepare and provide regular reports to management, including ISO compliance reports and attendance summaries
