รายละเอียดงาน
- Designing and developing part concept for prototype build and perform to customer and or production.
- Designing and developing jig-fixture for prototype assembly’s process.
- Designing and developing soft tooling for prototype part.
- Designing and developing prototype sample for performance testing (DOE part) and data record for referring product design.
- Design and developing benchmarking product.
- Estimation prototype part cost and provide quotation to customer.
- Communicate with customer regarding prototype concept, part cost and timing plan.
- Sourcing and communicate with supplier regarding sample part, tooling cost and timing plan.
- Leading of performance lab testing for In-House and outsource test.
- Evaporator cooling performance test with Calorie-Meter test machine.
- Writing test report to requester.
- Sourcing testing condition applying to DOE samples test.
- Providing change concept for VE and production improvement.
- Study cost improvement project (CIP) then provide to change management team (CMR).
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical engineer, mold design or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in new model engineer and project engineer.
- Able to be using drawing program (Solid work, Catia V5).
- Understanding of Metal component design, plastic part development, check jigs, fixtures and metal press tooling design.
- Good understanding of change control and change management (PLM).
- Plastic injection module, metal press tooling design and fixture design experience.
- Understanding of OEMs Systems and Standards.
- Good communication in Thai and English.
