To support the Assembly & Refurbishment Manager by helping to organize the workload in section dept.
Supervise the work of the team within the Section on a day-to-day basis, to ensure a safe, efficient, productive, and pleasant working environment.
Lead on projects as required, contributing and using experience to ensure that production activities and external projects are achieved on schedule and within budget and to the necessary quality.

To lead on projects, managing them through the workshop process directed by the Assembly & Refurbishment Manager
To manage the section on a day-to-day basis or in the absence of the Assembly & Refurbishment Manager, supervising and supporting the work of the team, and discuss with the Assembly & Refurbishment Manager any issues or concerns that need to be addressed.
To maintain good communications and working relationships within the Team, with other departments and clients.

To work from a technical drawing or model to a high standard.
To ensure the department’s activity conforms to health and safety requirements, including, risk assessments, operating procedures, and the general policies and procedures of the Company.
To ensure all machinery is maintained and serviced regularly to the required standard.
Accurately and timely post all resources to the projects in SAP including manpower, bought out materials.
Monitor technicians' performance, productivity and efficiencies on daily and weekly basis.
Any other duties that are reasonably required by the Assembly & Refurbishment Manager
Directs workers engaged in dismantling, assembling, and installing machinery.
Maintain and control for the lead time of project
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum High Vocational degree or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or related fields with similar focus
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
- Experience in a leadership role recommended.
- A willingness to engage in problem solving
- A determination to drive for high personal standards in self and others
- Good command of English both Reading, Writing and Speaking
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
- ERP or SAP user skills are an advantage and highly preferred
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

- Ensure the Company’s safe work procedures are implemented to control risk and ensure that all safety measures, compliance and processes are adhered to by all workers.
