•Monitor training effectiveness through mystery shopping results, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
•Promote a performance-driven, learning-focused culture across all store formats.
•Build and manage a clear career development framework for store employees, outlining growth paths from entry-level to leadership roles.
•Identify high-potential talent and design learning journeys to support promotion readiness and long-term career progression.
•Launch coaching and mentorship initiatives to build a strong internal leadership pipeline.
•Partner with HR and store leadership to assess training needs, performance gaps, and development opportunities.
•Develop and implement blended learning solutions (in-person, digital, and on-the-job) to support store teams at scale.
•Conduct in-store observations, role plays, and coaching sessions for retail teams to ensure high standards of customer service, efficiency, and product knowledge.
•Collaborate with Store Operations, HR, Marketing, and Brand partners to align training with new campaigns, product launches, and store initiatives.
•Ensure training tools, SOPs, and materials are up to date, engaging, and easy to use.
