Accounting Manager (10239) Location : WHA Saraburi Industrial Land, Saraburi Work Hours : Mon-Fri (8:00AM-5:00PM) (1-2 working Saturday/month) Industry : Motor and Component Manufacturing Job Descriptions - Manage Accounting & Financial Department and report to top management - Set and achieve Department KPI and Employee KPI - Monitor and achieve financial objectives - Handle Internal, Third Party, Customer, and Supplier Audits - Manage all financial operations and company cash flow - Control budget and expenses - Lead cost reduction and supplier negotiations - Review all received and payment vouchers - Monthly and Quarterly profit closing - Consolidate financial packages - Liaise with external and Sox auditors - Conduct internal audit for fixed assets - Handle taxation with Revenue Department - Forecast profit and report financial BS & PL - Lead improvement activities and presentations - Follow company policies and support activities - Train subordinates to improve skills - Ensure employees follow company rules and take disciplinary actions if necessary - Promote 5S and ISO Management in the department Benefits & Allowance - Social Security - Attendance allowance - Night shift allowance - Cost of Living Allowance - Yearly Diligent Award - Long Service Award - Medical Fee Package - Provident Fund - Annual Bonus - Annual Performance Increment - Uniform & Safety Shoes - Dispensary Room Services / Ambulance - Canteen, Meal Allowance - Employee Bus - New Year Party / New Year Gift - Annual Physical Checkup - Annual Leave, Business Leave
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. [MUST]
  2. Age 42-52 years old
  3. Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field, must hold CPD license
  4. English skill/Japanese skill: Good English communication, both oral and written
  5. At least 5 years in Accounting or Finance with management experience
  6. [BETTER]
  7. Experience working in Japanese companies
  8. Familiar with ISO Management and 5S activities
  9. Cost control and financial improvement experience
  10. Has experience for ACCPAC Accounting software
