Responsibilities:
Meeting with the management team to assess and define the system requirements.
Troubleshooting technical issues and developing effective solutions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.
Monitoring all Systems both on-Premises and On Cloud service.
Implement and manage Cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, O365, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), SharePoint, Teams, and Conditional Access.
Implement Microsoft Enterprise Solutions; AD, CA, Exchange, File Share, Windows Cluster, SQL Cluster, FTP/FTPS/sFTP, Print Server, etc.
Prepare and evaluate the proofs of concepts the products and solutions.
Manage and coordinate with user for project installation, implementation, and project sign-off.
Coordinate with the other parties and vendors to find the right solution
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology.
- 3-7 Years Experience in Microsoft product: Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Windows Service (e.g., CA, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, Print Sharing, FTP/FTPS/sFTP).
- 2-3 Years Experience in Cloud Service: Microsoft Azure, O365 Best Practice Management Configuration, Endpoint Manager, VMware Workspace One (AirWatch), SharePoint Best Practice, Teams, and Conditional Access.
- Fair communicates in English.
- Knowledge of scripting such as PowerShell script, VBScript, Batch script.
- Knowledge of VDI ( VMWare Horizon) and VDI Gateway
- Have good understanding and proven experiences in servers and client management and application deployment (over LAN, WAN and VPN)
- Able to learn new technologies quickly.
- Have great service mind.
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication abilities.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
