รายละเอียดงาน
1. Product Proposals
- Coordinate with R&I and R&D teams for sample and efficacy test preparation.
- Develop product concepts and selling points tailored to each client.
2. Customer Support & Trend Research
- Track market/category trends.
- Present proposals and products to customers as needed.
3. Sample Management
- Manage stock room and monitor sample inventory.
4. Marketing & Communication
- Coordinate with agencies for events and marketing materials.
- Support media, PR, and digital campaigns.
- Prepare and manage content and marketing materials.
5. Reporting
- Prepare reports and data as requested.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
- Age over 23 years old.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing and product development in the beauty/cosmetics industry
- Experience with brand/product strategy, project execution, and trend analysis. - Skills & Competencies:
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulation and ingredients.
- Strategic and creative thinking in brand/product development.
- Strong interpersonal and management skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English; Korean or Chinese is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong presentation skills.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
- Highly motivated, responsible, and creative.
- Grit mindset with a can-do attitude.
- A true team player.
