This involves a range of responsibilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, communication,
and potentially some administrative support. They act as a central point of contact, liaising between different teams,
stakeholders, and sometimes external vendors.
2. Coordinating teams or may lead or supervise teams such as Purchasing to update stock or status on-site, Quality team and Vendor
when goods rejected and follow up Claiming and Warehouse & Logistics to confirm delivery. To ensure everyone is informed
and aligned on goals and progress.
3. Coordinators need to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and circumstances.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively and maintain accurate records.
