รายละเอียดงาน1. In line with the company's quality management requirements and KPI operation requirements, provide timely solutions for handling customer quality issues
2. Cooperate with the CQE within the factory to serve customers, provide them with timely and high-quality services, and jointly maintain good customer relationships
3. Regularly visit customers to collect VOCs from the user end and other factories, which is conducive to the development of relevant company matters
4. Take the lead in promoting improvements within the factory in response to customer quality complaints and report to the customers. Regularly verify whether the improvement measures are effective and implemented
5. The user-end indicators (DPPM/LAR/SBR) have been achieved and high-quality scores have been pursued
6. For user-end defects, conduct joint judgment, FA analysis, determine the responsible unit and formulate and implement the disposal plan
7. At the request of the client meeting, represent the factory to the user end to participate in the feedback of improvement reports, monthly meetings, QBR meetings, routine visits and other matters
8. Regularly summarize the quality performance of customers, promote the establishment of internal special improvement projects for the quality shortcomings at the user end, and ensure that the quality KPIs of customers are achieved
