We are seeking an experienced Global Procurement Specialist responsible for sourcing suppliers worldwide, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement costs while ensuring quality and compliance. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, risk management, and market analysis to support business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supplier Sourcing: Identify, assess, and establish relationships with potential suppliers globally. Foster strong partnerships to enhance the procurement network.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with suppliers, focusing on favorable terms and conditions. Ensure compliance with legal and company regulations.
- Cost Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement costs without compromising quality. Regularly analyze costs and identify opportunities for savings.
- Import (Food & Ingredients): Manage the end-to-end process of importing food products and ingredients from international suppliers.
- Shipping Coordination: Manage and coordinate international shipping processes. Work with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control teams to guarantee that procured goods and services meet the required quality standards.
- Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with the global supply chain. Develop contingency plans to address potential disruptions.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, pricing, and availability of goods and services. Provide insights and recommendations based on comprehensive market analysis.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, regulations, and ethical standards. Conduct regular audits to verify compliance.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in global procurement.
- Proven experience in global procurement in Food and Beverage business.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in cost analysis and market research.
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficient in procurement software and tools.
