รายละเอียดงาน
1.To ensure an orderly supplier development process, responsible for the development of new suppliers and the management of critical projects. During the development process, strictly adhere to the company's supplier development management requirements,systems, processes, and documentation
2.Ensure that all managed suppliers meet the company's requirements. Assess the delivery
capabilities of suppliers within your jurisdiction according to target demands and develop corresponding planning proposals, taking responsibility for the results.
3.Ensure the sustainable development of the company's supply chain system. Promote the overall capability enhancement (QCDS) of suppliers within your jurisdiction according to the reviewed planning proposals, and take responsibility for the results.
4.To ensure the orderly and healthy operation of the supply chain system, regularly update the list of high-risk suppliers within your management scope, set objectives, seek appropriate resources, and reduce the number of high-risk suppliers. Take responsibility for the overall delivery assurance capability of suppliers under your management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Associate degree or higher.
- More than 3 years of procurement experience in the mechanical industry, with a strong understanding of supplier development and management.
- Procurement business processes and related management tools.
- Financial acumen, results-oriented, planning, and teamwork.
- Supplier development skills, negotiation skills, ability to read mechanical drawings and understand processes, and business negotiation skills.
- Alignment with the company's corporate culture, attention to detail, responsibility, and strong goal orientation.
