• Supervising all-day operations at the floor, SOPs, product quality and hospitality.
• Lead by example to display exceptional memorable experiences to the guests.
GENERAL OPERATIONS:
• Follow and report anomalies about floor policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines,
and trainings programs.
• Champion service, food and beverage knowledge through company training materials and outlines.
• Ensure that the guests have a 5* treatment, and that they leave happy our venue.
• Responsible for checking daily floor cleaning standards.
• Understand Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas comply with them.
• Familiarize yourself with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and actively
enforce these in your area of responsibility.
• Reports complaints regarding service by addressing them on spot and ensuring that the guest
leaves happy.
• Lead by example to display exceptional memorable experience to all guests, collecting feedback
and acting on the guest interest.
• Strictly follow company policy and procedures.
• Ensures high quality food and drinks are always delivered as per PRC SOPs.
• Executes inventory control counting.
• Responsible for sundries orders stock count.
• Conduct its own section inspection after the daily briefing, making sure that has all the tools
needed before starting the service.
• Analyze service and quality issues, identify trainings needs, reporting to the Assistant/Floor
Manager.
• Appointed to cover the venue cash closing report, in case GM/FM/AM are absent (Kim Jeong Grill)
• Acts as a company ambassador and spokesperson to all guests.
• Being the role model to the rest of section holders within the restaurant.
