รายละเอียดงาน
1. Perform work in the unit smoothly according to the company's objectives and policies.
2.Participate in the work and problem solving to ensure successful missions.
3.Coordinate within the unit for work efficiency.
4.Suggest work methods and efficient improvements to supervisors.
5.Other assigned tasks.
6.Procurement according to the plan, recording the summary and reporting the results to the supervisor.
7.Selecting and evaluating vendors / subcontractors, raw materials, products and services that affect the quality and good hygiene in production.
8.Selecting and evaluating prices / conditions / summarizing the evaluation results of vendors / subcontractors.
9.Coordinating between staff within Prime Packaging Co., Ltd., vendors / subcontractors.
10.Checking the accuracy of the details in the P.R. form before issuing the P.O.\
11.Initially contacting new suppliers about prices, delivery, payment, etc., including selecting services that are confident that the process of the external service provider is under the control of the ISO9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, BRC-IOP systems.
12.Following up on work to be delivered according to the delivery schedule specified in the purchase order by coordinating with staff from various departments.
13.Procurement according to the specified procedures correctly.
14.Analyzing and solving various problems that occur in the department to achieve goals.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, General Management or related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience in procurement
- Good interpersonal skills, service mind and negotiation skills
- Good at using Microsoft Office
