🎯 Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Lead with strong business development skills and a solid understanding of emerging IT solutions such as AI agents, LCNC platforms, and / or cybersecurity frameworks. The ideal candidate will take ownership of generating qualified leads, driving solution-based consultative selling, and expanding Nemera’s footprint in Thailand’s digital solutions market.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead end-to-end sales cycles for enterprise IT solutions, from prospecting to closure
•Identify and target mid-sized Thai enterprises across priority industries (e.g., BFSI, manufacturing, logistics, public sector)
•Engage with CXOs, IT heads, and digital leaders to understand business pain points and position relevant solutions
•Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and presentations
•Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and regularly update forecasts and reporting
•Represent Nemera in local networking events, seminars, and partner meets to build brand visibility
