รายละเอียดงาน1. Manage current business, identify new growth areas and develop new business with existing and new customers.
2. Create sale planning of key customers and implement strategic initiatives for revenue and profitability growth.
3. Create cost reduction proposal (VA/VE, benchmark) and provide solutions to balance between price and performance for the product and the customer.
4. Handle RFQ processes, analysis, evaluation, and sourcing recommendation for assigned product’s categories.
5. Establish positive customer relations and maintain effective working relationships with all customers and potential customers.
6. Consider market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities to sell products.
7. Prepare and present annual budget planning, monthly forecast and sales reports.
8. Offer customers problem-solving solutions and handling with customer’s issues.
9. Provide customer satisfaction survey to improve customer experience and meeting customer needs and expectations.

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Have working experience at least 3-5 years in Automotive Industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Must work independently and collaboratively.
- English skill: Conversational Level
- Knowledgeable in quality standards (IATF 16949:2016 & ISO14001)
