- To manage the procurement of agricultural raw materials from local producers in the Philippines.
- Conducting on-site quality inspections to ensure raw materials meet the company's standards in term of quality, cost-effectiveness, and suitability for production.
- Collaborating with related department such as planning, accounting, quality control and production.
- Weekly Report to Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Age: 28-45 years.
- Strong negotiation, communication and supplier relationship management skills.
- Understanding of raw material cost structures and ability to plan strategic sourcing.
- Familiarity with agricultural supply chains.
- Basis knowledge of agricultural raw materials quality indicators, such as freshness, color, brix, pH and weight.
- Proficient in basic computer programs such as Ms. Office.
- Experience with ERP or procurement systems is advantage.
- Able to prepare analytical reports and track purchase status clearly and effectively.
- Willing to travel to rural areas and communicate directly with farmers and producers.
- Able to work proactively and adapt to changing conditions on the ground.
- Open to learning and collaborating to develop sourcing sites and suppliers.
- Highly responsible and Honest.
