Position Overview
Operation Service Supervisor must have excellent communication and technical abilities, as well as people skills. They should also be able to lead others in the workplace with empathy for their needs while maintaining a positive attitude that is willing to always serve customers and not afraid of facing challenges/solving problems.
Job Responsibilities
1. Reporting department performance to upper management
2. Overseeing day-to-day operations of the operation service team
3. Establishing department standards and procedures
4. Setting operation service objectives and goals
5. Leading and Supporting operation service team member to solve problem
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
- Working in operation service position for over 5 working years (packaging industry is a plus).
- Multitasking capabilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Written and verbal in English or Chinese as 2nd language is required
