Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planning Staff member to support the efficient production, inventory management, and distribution of our pajamas collections. This role is crucial in ensuring the right styles, quantities, and sizes are produced and delivered in a timely manner to meet customer demand and sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Production Planning: - Develop production plans based on sales forecasts, inventory levels, and lead times. - Coordinate with design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure timely sampling and bulk production. - Monitor and adjust production schedules as needed. • Inventory Management: - Track and analyze inventory levels across warehouses, retail stores, and online platforms. - Ensure optimal stock levels to minimize overstock and stockouts. - Work with procurement to manage raw material requirements. - Allocate the quantities appropriately to each branch • Demand Forecasting & Sales Analysis: - Analyze historical sales data and current trends to project future demand. - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to incorporate campaign effects into planning. • Vendor & Supply Chain Coordination: - Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to manage lead times and ensure timely delivery. - Support logistics in tracking shipments and resolving delays. • Reporting & Data Management: - Prepare regular reports on stock levels, production progress, and sales trends.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Fashion Merchandising, Engineering or related field.
Age not over 35 years.
2–4 years of experience in production or merchandise planning (apparel/fashion industry preferred).
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and planning tools.
Understanding of garment production timelines and supply chain processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Experience in sleepwear, loungewear, or similar fashion category.
