1. Estimate production volume 2. Plan appropriate use of production resources 3. Assign manpower to work in line with production capacity 4. Solve problems that occur in the production process 5. Control production costs 6. Set product quality standards 7. Understand various systems related to maintenance, such as electrical systems, machinery, and various equipment 8. Have knowledge and understanding of machinery and equipment used in the organization, including preventive maintenance 9. Have knowledge and understanding of work safety and maintenance Have understanding of various safety laws and regulations related to the industry and organization 10. Be able to assess potential risks in the workplace and find appropriate preventive measures 11. Improve safety measures in the factory 12. Set complete safety standards 13. Manage production line equipment 14. Improve parts and spare parts management 15. Train employees to comply with the rules

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male
Age between 35-45 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Machinery Engineering or related to production and maintenance
At least 5 years of experience working in an industrial manufacturing plant and maintenance
Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
Have basic computer and program skills such as Microsoft and can write Auto CAD
Have leadership qualities
Work under pressure and can solve immediate problems effectively.
