Sr. Production engineer

รายละเอียดงาน
-Responsible for all jobs concerned with SMT and engineer, support any kind of jobs concerned engineer duties (PE, Prod. Technician, SMT Engineer), set and Control KPI of SMT and engineer to achieve company policy
-Check & analyze all of NC products (both of PCBA, SMT, Assembly), to make the report / analyze / and improvement method (based on 4M analyze: Material, Man, Method, Machine) and check & follow up NC repairing process are completed based on standard time setting
-Responsible for new model / new project: Line set up, BOM checking / material confirming / manpower planning, process check, machine, fixture / equipment, cycle time estimation, etc..
-Improve the production process and increase its productivity, reduce loss rate from all production processes (SMT+Wave+Assy), coordinate with all concerned Section (especially Prod. Dept. and Quality Dept.) for running smoothly
-Maintenance plan preparation and set up for all of Machines / Fixtures / Equipment (including but not limited to Wave Soldering MC, Washing MC, Oven MC, Automatic Gluing MC, Pump, etc.. (Plan : Daily, Monthly, Yearly) and make sure that all under good condition, can support production line normally
-Check & control all machine records, analyze the problem (if have), then make the improvement plan
-Ensure that Work Instruction and all documents that issue by engineer are correct based on standard and update timely
-Summary Monthly Report to production manager & report to manager in any problems of quality and machines, etc..
-Control cost in production lines (solder bar, solder wire and other high-cost materials)
-Get to know the training needs / and compile training plan and follow up the plan to achieve the target
-Responsible for all factory facilities, lay-out, electrical supply, water supply, etc..
-5S Management and control
-Any jobs assign by production manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or female, age from 25-40 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
- Strong skill of Leadership and Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
- Have knowledge and experience in PCBA or electronics field is a must
- Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill
- Be able to solve the issues that happens during production independently
- English or Chinese skill will be advantaged
