1.Responsible for the safety and integrity of the employees, cargo, assets and whole operations.
2.To ensure on time fulfill IN 、OUT、return 、Stock and all kinds of value-added services and KPIs.
3.Arrange employees for each position in warehouse by sensible planning.
4.Assess employees' performance and Deposit operation talents for the future development.
5.Solve all kinds of abnormal situations、emergencies in daily operation.
6.Responsible for the cost and efficiency.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related with field.
- + year experiences in a warehouse lead role.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
- Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
- Able to working in holiday and shift working.
- English writing and speaking skill. 8.Data analysis skills.
