รายละเอียดงานCRM Officer role primarily involves Watsons Club Membership Program and Member Campaign Management so as to recruit new members, retain existing members with enlarge baskets via Health & Beauty Category as well as cross channel shopping as O+O of Watsons Thailand.
CRM Officer will delight & assure satisfaction of our Watsons Club Members on behalf of Watsons Thailand, so it is important to know and understand the company values, policy and procedure, Retail Operating Standards [ROS] and always act in a professional manner, using language that aligns with that of Watsons Thailand. Also, follow ASW Data Governance Policy, Data Retention and Deletion Policy as well as Thailand Personal Data Protection Act.
Key Responsibilities
- Be part of CRM Team to achieve CRM KPIs
- Support CRM team for Campaign execution for smooth and effective working process
- Support team to prepare all campaign elements to be ready for launching on time.
- Be responsible in managing campaign set up via CRM system (Adobe/ AI/ CDC) and enhanced tools to leverage shopping excitement
- Work closely with the Marketing, Trading, Operation & Sales, Online Business and Suppliers/Partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly within timeline
- Handle and proceed on internal documents to facilitate CRM team working process
- Generate Weekly/Monthly Campaign/KPI Reports and Tracking
- Support other tasks assigned
