* Develop and Implement Compensation and Benefits Policies
- Design and manage the company’s compensation structure including salary, incentive plans, and performance-based rewards.
- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and market competitiveness.
* Manage Employee Benefits Programs
- Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, annual health check-ups, and other welfare programs.
- Review and evaluate benefit plans to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
* Supervise Payroll Process
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payroll processing including tax deductions, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting and relevant departments to manage payroll disbursement.
* Monitor Time Attendance and Leave Management
- Manage systems related to time tracking, attendance, and leave records.
- Analyze attendance data to support HR planning and performance evaluation.
* Ensure Legal Compliance
- Stay updated with Thai labor laws, tax regulations, and social security policies.
- Coordinate with external agencies such as the Revenue Department, Social Security Office, and others as necessary.
* Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare compensation and workforce cost reports for management.
- Provide data analysis to support budgeting, planning, and strategic decision-making.
* Support HR Projects and Initiatives
- Collaborate with other HR functions on various initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational performance.
- Handle other duties as assigned by top management.
