We are seeking an experienced IT Department Manager to lead our digital infrastructure, ERP systems, and cybersecurity initiatives. Key Responsibilities •Oversee enterprise-wide IT operations, ensuring secure and efficient system performance. •Manage and enhance the Epicor ERP system (or similar), aligning it with our manufacturing workflows. •Lead initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with industry standards. •Develop and implement IT strategies that support business objectives, including infrastructure upgrades and digital transformation. •Supervise the IT team, coordinate with external vendors, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless IT support. •Ensure reliable system backups, disaster recovery readiness, and IT asset management.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in IT, with 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
Proven experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) in a manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge in network systems, server management, cloud services, and cybersecurity frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to manage IT projects, vendors, and cross-departmental stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business solutions.
