รายละเอียดงาน
1. Sell logistics services including sea freight, air freight, cross-border trucking, customs clearance, and other supply chain solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, especially Chinese-speaking customers and international partners.
3. Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close sales effectively.
4. Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution and high customer satisfaction.
5. Monitor and manage sales targets, pipeline development, and monthly/quarterly reports.
6. Evaluate and improve supplier performance to ensure reliable and cost-effective service.
7. Compare rates and services from multiple suppliers to obtain the best pricing for customers.
8. Communicate fluently in Chinese (Mandarin) and English in both written and spoken forms.
9. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging logistics opportunities.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
- Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Knowledge of freight terms, Incoterms, and international shipping procedures.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
