รายละเอียดงาน
1. Lead improvements and modifications of utility systems and production support systems, such as electrical systems, compressed air, HVAC, water supply, and wastewater treatment.
2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for utility and facility systems, including preventive maintenance planning and corrective actions.
3. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient and safe operation of all facility-related systems.
4. Prepare and maintain documentation related to maintenance plans, energy consumption reports, and system performance summaries.
5. Supervise contractors during installation, maintenance, or modification of utility and facility systems to ensure compliance with company standards.
6. Promote energy-saving initiatives and support environmental compliance efforts such as ISO standards implementation (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 50001)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in facility or utility systems within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with utility systems such as electricity, HVAC, water, compressed air, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Understanding of energy management and environmental systems is a plus.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills with a proactive and responsible attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
