- Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, this involves negotiating contracts, setting pricing policies, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize in assigned channels such as 4-5 Stars Hotel, Fine Dining, Bar and Cafe
- Execute the customer contact strategy – defined in the Annual plan delivering high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the presentation and visibility of our brands
- Monitor and evaluate assigned channel performance, KPIs, and market share to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Handle all customers’ issues and complaints to ensure that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and Company
