-Build and maintain effective online and offline recruitment channels to meet current and future hiring needs.
-Strengthen the recruitment team’s capabilities (both full-time and part-time) to support hiring across all talent levels nationwide or regionally.
-Lead recruitment for both blue- and white-collar positions, continuously improving strategies to ensure timely and effective hiring.
-Oversee annual recruitment operations, including budgeting, planning, execution, performance evaluation, and team development.
-Drive the implementation of recruitment technology platforms, integrating digital and AI tools as guided by the Group.
-Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
