รายละเอียดงาน
1.Maintain strong relationships with online E-commerce platforms and key accounts.
2.Collaborate across teams to manage project requirements, from initiation to execution, and monitor results throughout the report.
3.Provide after-sales support, resolve customer issues, and participate in regular review meetings.
4.Update customer information in the system and generate daily reports.
5.Conduct market surveys, gain insights into customer needs, and identify new business opportunities.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Chinese language, Business Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, Logistics or any related fields.
- Proficient in Chinese or English communication
- Minimum 1 years of prior experience (Logistics and E-Commerce experience would be advantage.)
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
