• Develop and execute global business strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive
international business plan aligned with the company’s overall strategic objectives
• Lead and manage international operations: Oversee all aspects of inter-national operations,
including sales, marketing, distribution, and customer service.
• Build and develop international teams: Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing international teams capable of achieving business goals.
• Market research and analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities
and assess competitive landscapes.
• Financial management: Oversee financial performance, budget development, and resource
allocation for international operations.
• Risk management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business
operations.
• Relationship building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,
including government officials, industry partners, and custom-ers.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and
support for international initiatives.
• Mergers and acquisitions: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets and oversee
integration processes.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in
international markets.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Completed a bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven track record of success in international business leadership
- Deep understanding of global markets and economic trends
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
- Strong financial acumen
- Proficiency in multiple languages (preferred)
