รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage and oversee warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, checking, staging, and loading to ensure timely and accurate shipments
- Control the daily operation plan in function of Inbound and Outbound Process by preparing resources to reach the maximum efficiency to manage the operation achieve customer requirement.
- Plan and control daily workflows by allocating manpower and resources efficiently to ensure on-time and accurate receiving and put-away activities
- Monitor operational activities to ensure adherence to company standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements. Maintain quality, safety, and service standards throughout all processes
- Provide guidance, on-the-job training, and regular performance evaluations for team members. Promote continuous learning and adherence to operational procedures
- Track daily inbound and outbound performance, report issues to management, and perform root cause analysis on any failures or deviations to ensure quick resolution
- Coordinate between warehouse teams, and customers to ensure smooth coordination and timely information exchange
- Identify areas for improvement in work methods, productivity, safety, and cost reduction. Propose and implement improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in warehouse or inbound logistics operations with experiences in Team Management
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Strong understanding of inbound process flow (receiving, checking, put-away)
- Good command of English
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Service-minded with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
- ***Able to work in Shift***
