Process and coordinate the implementation of employee development projects according to assigned plans, both with the heads of departments or internal departments involved, and consultants from various external institutions. Carry out personnel development according to the plan, including conducting evaluations of activities and following up on the results of the implementation of various activities. Accoutabilities : 1.Planning and implementation of employee training and potential development. 2.Coordinate with trainers, training institutes and relevant agencies to organize activities to develop employee skills. 3.Assist Manager in preparing annual training plans (Training Plan) and monitor the performance of assigned departments. 4.Support in courses development and be a trainer such as soft skills, leadership, onboarding and internal training. 5.Record and update training record in the system or database. 6.Prepare a training evaluation report and suggestions for development. 7.Create, select learning media, maintain the Learning Hub system, and organize activities to stimulate employee learning. 8.Work with other HR teams to create a learning culture within the organization.
