- Determining the policy objection of each position, each section and every stage, and controlling them, Ensuring that the indicators of various position can effectively support the realization of the factory.
- Establishing and improving the department management system, Building production process system and department, make clear responsibilities of each position and guiding the work of each position
- Monitor and managing various position to complete the work.
- Quality, delivery, and cost target, make sure the company's capacity is up to standard, meet the market demand.
- Focus on manufacturing competitiveness, providing lean manufacturing system.
- Manufacturing analysis and control to under target.
- Management of employee morale.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 3-5 years in Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in Refrigerator Manufacturing
- Must have strong communication & Negotiation Skills.
- Capacity building of his team through trainings based on his professional knowledge and Experience.
- System (Process & Procedures) development and Management.
