รายละเอียดงาน
- Lead the production team with ensuring the manufacturing processes run reliably & efficiently.
- Monitor production processes & adjust schedule as needed with consulting technical/engineering to resolve PD/PO Problems.
- Determine needed resources to ensure availability. (Personnel, goods, equipment, facilities, components, tools etc.)
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including staffs, management, and customers.
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.
- Identifying and resolving production issues, such as equipment malfunctions, material shortages. or personnel conflicts.
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.
- Ensuring a safe working environment by implementing and enforcing safety regulations and procedures.
- Identifying areas for improvement in the production process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Managing personnel, materials, equipment, and budgets to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Ensure effective stock control for both raw materials, WIP and finished product establishing appropriate stocks and driving improvement in off-line process inventory.
- Strong implementing and maintaining quality standards throughout the production process.
- Supervising and motivating production staff, providing guidance, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor production processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams and consult with technical or engineering staff to resolve any production or processing issues.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on production performance, cost management, and quality metrics.
- Plan and implement test and calibration activities.
- Develop a schedule to ensure facilities and manufacturing equipment is maintained.
- Ensure regular maintenance programs for all machinery with relevant team.

*มาจาก กทม.-ชลบุรี (กทม. 2 ชม. , ชลบุรี 1 ชม.)
วิ่งเล้นบางนา-ตราด มาทางถนนบายพาส ตามแผนที่ สี่แยกที่บ.อาร์เคม อยู่ เรียกว่าแยกขนำไร่ (4 แยกไฟแดงใหญ่) จุดสังเกต เมื่อใกล้จะถึงแยกขนำไร่ จะมีป้ายยินดีต้อนรับเข้าเมืองระยองป้ายใหญ่ๆ เป็นรูปสุนทรภู่ รูปพระอภัยมณี ให้ชิดซ้ายเพื่อเตรียมเลี้ยว เมื่อเลี้ยวซ้ายเข้ามา ขับตรงมาเรื่อยๆ จะเจอ 7-11 และ Lotus Express ขับมานิดเดียว และเจอสี่แยกให้เลี้ยวซ้าย บ.อาร์เคมอยู่ซ้ายมือ
*มาจาก ศรีราชา ประมาณ 40-45 นาที
จาก ถ.สุขุมวิทเลี้ยวเข้าแยกกระทิงลาย เพิ่อจะตัดเข้า ถนนสาย 36 จากนั้นวิ่งมาตามแผนที่
*มาจากพัทยา ประมาณ 30 นาที
วิ่งเส้น ถนนบายพาสเลี่ยงเมืองพัทยาประมาณ 9 กม. ตัดแยกเขาไม้แก้ว ดูป้ายมาระยอง จะเข้าถนนสาย 36 จากนั้นวิ่งตามแผนที่
*มาจากระยอง ประมาณ 30-40 นาที
วิ่งเส้น ถนนสาย 36 ตรงตลอด ตามแผนที่ เมื่อถึงแยกแยกขนำไร่ ชิดขวารอสัญญาณไฟเขียว เลี้ยวขวา ตรงมาประมาณ 4 กม. ขับตรงมาเรื่อยๆ จะเจอ 7-11 และ Lotus Express ขับมานิดเดียว และเจอสี่แยกให้เลี้ยวซ้าย บ.อาร์เคม อยู่ซ้ายมือ
