Job Purpose The Junior Architect will support architectural design projects, focusing on data center and IT infrastructure developments. Working under the guidance of senior architects and in collaboration with engineers and project managers, this role involves delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable design solutions. This position provides hands-on exposure to high-tech architectural design and the opportunity to contribute to impactful regional and global projects. Key Responsibilities & accountabilities •Assist in the design, planning, and development of data center and IT infrastructure architecture projects. •Prepare architectural drawings, schematics, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools. •Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies in compliance with Thai building codes and project requirements. •Collaborate with structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers to ensure cohesive and integrated design solutions. •Support documentation, including technical reports, presentations, and design submissions. •Apply sustainable design strategies to enhance energy efficiency and operational performance. •Ensure full compliance with local Thai regulations and international building standards. •Attend client and coordination meetings to provide design input and address feedback. •Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and local authorities during design and construction phases. •Stay informed on latest architectural trends and technologies, particularly within the data center sector.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field from a recognized Thai or international institution.
  2. 1–3 years of architectural design experience (preferably in data centers, IT infrastructure, or commercial projects).
  3. Background in a consultancy company is an advantage.
  4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.
  5. Strong understanding of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
  6. Familiarity with Thai building codes, regulations, and international design standards.
  7. Excellent design presentation and visualization skills with attention to detail.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges.
  9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  10. Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written)
