รายละเอียดงาน
Jobsummary: Resolve day-to-day technical problems on the production line. Ensure equipment and machinery comply with production procedures and process specifications. Planning and follow up PM for Good condition of Machine.
1. MACHINE MAINTENANCE.
•Responsible PLC. Program and keeping back up PLC. Data all of machine
•To create and read logic and flow diagrams for program design such programming, simulation, testing and start-up.
•Can be analyzed and repair at root of PLC.
•Develop and implement the Preventive Maintenance CEDA Program for maintaining machine condition 100%.
•Coordinate with other departments engaged in preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment.
•Control the progress of work orders including facility support.
•Prepare the annual maintenance budget including machine repair, facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, etc.
•Problem solving on QC, PE and PD
•Support OEE. and control machine downtime
•Control expense each month in budget target
•Improve MTBF and MTTR
2. GENERAL MANAGEMENT
•Develop, support, and maintain Quality System ISO/TS16949 and OHSAS18000 and ISO14000.
•Supervise Maintenance Team.
•Plan and lead energy conservation activities.
•Participate in company activities i.e. Kaizen, 5S, etc.
•Others as assigned by Maintenance Manager or Operation Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- PLC. program and design.
- Job planning and Scheduler
- Proficient in Machine & Equipment.
- Proficient in electrical and mechanics.
- ISO9000 or IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, and ISO45001:2018
- Knowledge CNC Machine maintenance
- Robot (KUKA),(Fanuc),(Kitagawa)
