- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, screening, interviewing, and job offer processes.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
Training & Development:
- Assess training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and consultations with managers.
- Develop and implement annual training plans and calendars.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Maintain training records and generate related reports for compliance and audit purposes.
