•Manage and improve Canteen Management including break area, relax area, vending machine, coffee shop to meet employee’s satisfaction and hygiene protocol.
•Manage and ensure smooth Shuttle Service Operations
•Locker Management
•Badge Management
•Manage and coordinate Nurse/First Aid Room
•Order and monitor Office Supplies, Consumables items
•Replenish stock of uniform & welcome package and order according to needs
•Manage and coordinate on shuttle service
•Manage and support company activities; celebration, festival, Travel Day, New Year etc.
•Communicate necessary information to stakeholders
•Review and evaluate HR vendors
•Issue PR/PO and monitor payment
•Support immigration, urgent work permit for subcontractor
•Ensure all operations follow compliance and ISO standards
•Support any project assigned by Site HRBP
