รายละเอียดงาน
•Follow daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to direct employees.
•Manage and Control of daily production based on the defined targets (OEE, Productivity, IDC, Delivery, OT, 0- Safety, KPR/KPI internal).
•Co-operate with cross-functional team to full-fill the production volume and achieve SQCD target(Safety, Quality, Cost Delivery).
•Troubleshooting analyzing root causes of failures and solving them, if necessary, suggestion of improvements.
•Review and proof production data record (M/C check sheet, 5S, Tool life, 4M, Parameter and so on).
•Leading people to follow the standards to fulfill BPS requirement on the shop floor (Point CIP(Continue Improve Process), SMC (Shop Floor Management Cycle), Layer process confirmation, 14Q Basics, 4M, QAM, FMEA-Line walk).
•Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance and calibrations.
•Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures/ Maintain skill matrix and coordinate proper trainings.
•Leading of shop-floor production meeting (Component area, Main assembly, Final assembly and audit room).
•Keep and maintain the plant standards in shopfloor (Safety, 5s, BPS, Pull principle, ISO14001, IATF16949 and etc.
•Manage Direct HC Eg. Operators and setter regarding to vacation leave, sick leave and attendances.
•Advise direct associate for small improvement activity.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in any fields.
- 5-year experiences as a leader position in automation field
- Able to work in Night shift (5Working day 2 days stop)
- Technical / Methodological / Process / Product Competence
- Problem Solving Skill, Quality Mindset, Leadership Skill, Social Competence, Systematic Thinking
- Entrepreneurial Mindset,Functional Competence
- Good Command in English
