We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives at Xongdur, a fast-growing Thai health food brand. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take full ownership of marketing plans—from big-picture strategy to on-the-ground execution.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, especially sales and product, to develop campaigns, promotions, and brand communication across both digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the food or FMCG sector and a strong ability to turn ideas into impactful results.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals.
-Lead the annual and monthly marketing planning process, including campaign calendars, product launches, and promotional programs.
-Take ownership from strategy to execution – this role is both strategic and hands-on.
Campaign & Brand Activation
-Lead end-to-end campaign execution across digital, in-store, and traditional channels.
-Collaborate with creative, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
-Develop compelling storytelling and key messages for new product launches and brand initiatives.
-Coordinate marketing materials including POS displays, brochures, online content, and trade tools.
Sales Collaboration
-Work closely with the Sales Team to develop trade promotions and retail campaigns that drive sell-through.
-Ensure marketing strategies effectively support sales targets across channels (Modern Trade, Online, Export).
-Join in product planning and launch coordination to align demand and supply.
